Covenants, Bylaws & Rules
Every homeowner should have received a copy of the declaration of Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions with their settlement papers at closing. Execution of a document agreeing to abide by these Covenants is a condition of receipt of title to property in Falcon Pointe.

RULES OF CONDUCT
In accordance with the Declaration of Covenants of Falcon Pointe Subdivision, the Homeowners Association has set forth the following rules for the use of the community recreation areas. These rules were created with reasonableness and the overall best interests of the homeowners in mind. Interpretation of the rules is the prerogative of the Clubhouse/Pol Committee and the Homeowners Association. These rules are in place to ensure maximum enjoyment for as many homeowners as possible.
The Declaration of Covenants permits the Homeowners Association to suspend the recreation area privileges of serious or habitual offenders of the rules, or for non-payment of Association dues. Rules may be modified, with the approval of the FPHOA Board, when deemed necessary for safety purposes.
WI-FI TERMS OF SERVICE
Residents and guests of Falcon Pointe have the use of free Wifi while at the pool or with use of the Clubhouse. Before using the Service, please read these Wi-Fi Terms carefully. Your access to, and use of, the Service represents your agreement to these Wi-Fi Terms.
