CLUBHOUSE

Looking for a great place to host that next book club meeting, birthday party, bunco game or informal gathering of friends and neighbors?  The Falcon Pointe Clubhouse is a cozy, convenient setting for just about any entertaining activity including watching your favorite sporting event. This great amenity is a large flexible space which includes a full kitchen. Falcon Pointe residents are encouraged to take advantage of this wonderful community amenity.

COMMUNITY POOL

GARBAGE & RECYCLING SERVICE

As a member of the HOA, your curbside garbage collection is included in your annual HOA fees. The collective bargaining power of the HOA allows us to provide garage collection at a significant discount. Please notify us of your move-in date and we will add you to our account. It may take 5-7 days to receive your container, but once you are added, you may begin placing your garbage at the curb immediately. 


Optionally, you may elect to participate in curbside recycling. This convenience is not included in the HOA fees, but is offered at a discount. If you elect to participate, you will be billed $48 annually at the beginning of each year.

Streetlights throughout Falcon Pointe are maintained by the HOA.

Bins to be out by 7am each service day Remember space them a couple of feet apart.  Remove and store them out of sight from street by end of evening that same day.

Contractor shall provide each residence with once-a-week Solid Waste collection; provided, however, recyclables will only be collected once every other week. 

Contractor shall provide each residence with two 96-gallon collection containers (one for recyclables only and the other container for other types of Solid Waste); provided, however, such containers shall remain the property of Contractor.  

Collection and disposal of the following materials will be provided at an additional cost to the HOA Resident  and these materials must be separated by each HOA Resident in accordance with

 

Contractor’s instructions:

  • Construction and Demolition Debris (e.g. debris resulting from remodeling, repair and/or demolition of buildings and other structures, including, but not limited to, concrete, rock, dirt, wood, roofing, drywall, etc.);

  • Yard Debris (e.g. grass, trees, branches, etc.);

  • Bulky Waste (e.g. refrigerators, appliances, etc.).
