CLUBHOUSE

ELIGIBLE RENTERS

The Clubhouse is available for rental by Falcon Pointe Homeowners’ on a first come, first serve basis.  A rental fee and security deposit is required to hold your reservation.  A rental applicant must be a homeowner in good standing with FPHOA (that is, they must be current with all dues and obligations to the HOA).  

 

HOW TO MAKE YOUR RESERVATION

It is preferred that reservation applications be made over the online.  Click on Reserve Clubhouse and complete the process. Your reservation request will be held for five days pending full payment of the rental fee and deposit. At the end of five days if you have not paid in full (see below) your reservation will be canceled.

Note: A five day lead time is set for reserving the clubhouse and can be booked  a month for advance.

 

FEES and PAYMENT OPTIONS

Check  Two separate checks, each made out to Falcon Pointe Home Owners Association INC. are required to hold your reservation: $250.00 is a security deposit; $50.00 is the clubhouse only rental fee.  The $250.00 deposit check will be returned if the final inspection indicates that all the conditions are met concerning the rental check list; otherwise, that amount will be retained to pay for a proper cleaning. IMPORTANT: Both checks must be from the person making the rental reservation; no third-party checks are allowed.

EXPECTATIONS 

Andy with Fennell Property Management will be accepting payments if paying by check. Please email him to make payment arrangements.  Please ensure you complete your clean up post your event.  A post inspection will be done and we will notify you if we have any questions or issues.

 

BUILDING ACCESS

Your resident key fob will be granted access for the day of your event. Please do not expect access until the morning of your event.

KEY RULES AND CONDITIONS

THE FALCON POINTE HOMEOWNER/RENTER MUST BE PRESENT AT THE EVENT AT ALL TIMES, AND IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PROPER USE OF THE CLUBHOUSE.  At no time should the Clubhouse doors and windows be left unlocked without the renter present. Events involving minors must be supervised by the appropriate number of adults and AT NO TIME SHOULD CHILDREN AT YOUR EVENT BE WITHOUT ADULT SUPERVISION. The Clubhouse and surrounding property is a smoke-free environment. Rental of the Clubhouse provides exclusive access to the Clubhouse.

WiFi TERMS OF SERVICE

Residents and guests of Falcon Pointe have the use of free Wifi with use of the Clubhouse.  Before using the Service, please read these Wi-Fi Terms carefully. Your access to, and use of, the Service represents your agreement to these Wi-Fi Terms.

POOL

The Homeowner and their guests will have sole use of the Clubhouse only during the times per the rental agreement. Other areas (covered patio/grill area) can not be reserved. Homeowners and their guests do not have approval for use of the pool.
