Community Amenities: Feature

Fennell Property Management will be handling various financial and managerial responsibilities including dues collection for FPHOA.

BB&T's Online Payment Service provides homeowners the convenience of making one-time payments online or enrolling in automatic payment by ACH through BB&T's Association Pay.

Falcon Pointe HOA Annual dues support association expenses such as landscaping, utilities, liability insurance and general maintenance of the neighborhood common areas and amenities.

Residents will start receiving Annual Due via an invoice by mail starting the week of the 20th of Feb. Payments are due in FULL by the 31st of March. LATE AFTER APRIL 15TH. $25 PER MONTH LATE FEE APPLIES
