Welcome to the Falcon Pointe Homeowners Association (HOA). Moving into a property governed by a homeowners association can be confusing, especially for those who have never before been involved in a HOA. We want your experience in Falcon Pointe to be enjoyable. The purpose of the association is to manage the neighborhood operations and help maintain your investment.
The Falcon Pointe Homeowners Association Board is comprised of residents that volunteer their time and energy to manage and maintain the neighborhood. These volunteers oversee the day to day operations of the neighborhood. We strive to protect our collective investments and maintain the appearance of the neighborhood by managing the following:
1. Neighborhood Finances
2. Common Area Maintenance
3. Enforcement of the Declaration of Restrictions, Covenants and Easements
While the neighborhood continues to grow, the Board works closely with Ball Homes for matters of new development and construction.
