Welcome to the Falcon Pointe Homeowners Association (HOA). Moving into a property governed by a homeowners association can be confusing, especially for those who have never before been involved in a HOA. We want your experience in Falcon Pointe to be enjoyable. The purpose of the association is to manage the neighborhood operations and help maintain your investment.

 

 

 

The Falcon Pointe Homeowners Association Board is comprised of residents that volunteer their time and energy to manage and maintain the neighborhood. These volunteers oversee the day to day operations of the neighborhood. We strive to protect our collective investments and maintain the appearance of the neighborhood by managing the following:

 

 

 

1.    Neighborhood Finances

 

2.    Common Area Maintenance

 

3.    Enforcement of the Declaration of Restrictions, Covenants and Easements

 

 

 

While the neighborhood continues to grow, the Board works closely with Ball Homes for matters of new development and construction.

 

 

To help you better understand some of the responsibilities we all share, we have highlighted a few areas of the Falcon Pointe Declaration of Restrictions, Covenants and Easements. This information is not intended to be a complete summary of the entire covenants. This is not a legal document. All definitions, policies and restrictions in the Declaration of Restrictions take precedent

Garbage and Recycling

 

As a member of the HOA, your curbside garbage collection is included in your annual HOA fees. The collective bargaining power of the HOA allows us to provide garage collection at a significant discount. Please notify us of your move-in date and we will add you to our account. It may take 5-7 days to receive your container, but once you are added, you may begin placing your garbage at the curb immediately.

 

ALL trash containers must be placed either in a garage, behind a fence or concealed from view on the side of the home.  Trash containers are not to be visible from the street.  Please review Section 9.15 in our Restrictions, Covenants and Easements for further clarification.
 
Optionally, you may elect to participate in curbside recycling. This convenience is not included in the HOA fees, but is offered at a discount. If you elect to participate, you will be billed $48 annually at the beginning of each year.

Architectural Additions and Modifications (including temporary buildings)
No additions or modifications may be made to the lot or dwelling without prior written consent from the Advisory Committee. If painting, paint color must be approved IF changing colors. All additions and modifications must be of the same color and material as the existing structure to be considered. All temporary buildings, including detached storage buildings, are expressly prohibited.
 
To obtain approval for your addition or modification, please provide the Advisory Committee with a copy of the plans, a copy of your lot survey, a sample of all materials to be used. For final approval, before construction begins, please provide proof of all applicable permits.

Pool and Clubhouse
The Falcon Pointe pool is generally open May 15th through September 15th, but may vary slightly depending on the weather. The pool hours are 8am to 10pm. Pool keys & pool rules will be distributed prior to opening the pool to all residents in good financial standing.
 
Another great amenity in Falcon Pointe is our large clubhouse, complete with full kitchen and bathrooms. The clubhouse is great for entertaining and may be rented for parties at a competitive rate. To rent the clubhouse, please use our appointment link to schedule your event. While event guests are welcome to enjoy the pool, the pool will remain open to residents and may not be rented.
